User Agreement
(Terms and Conditions)
1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement governs the relationship between AZBUT LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the User) using the website azbut.by (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

1.2. Use of the Site constitutes the User's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree with the terms, they must leave the Site.

1.3. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement without prior notice. The new version takes effect upon its publication on the Site.

2. Terms and Definitions

2.1. Site — a collection of information, text, graphic elements, design, images, photographs and videos, and software code posted on the Internet at [site address].

2.2. User — any person who has accessed the Site.

2.3. Content — any information contained on the Website: text, images, files, data, trademarks, and other intellectual property.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. This Agreement defines the terms and conditions for using the Website, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

3.2. The Website provides information about the Company's activities, including, but not limited to:

- supply of spare parts for agricultural, construction, and other specialized equipment;
- supply of electrical equipment;
- installation of lighting fixtures and equipment;
- street lighting and its installation;
- excavation work using mini-equipment;
- construction and renovation of houses;
- import and export of goods;
- brokerage services on the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange (BUCE);
- other services, information about which is posted on the Website.

3.3. Information about products, services, and prices posted on the Website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offer as defined by Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus. Exact terms, prices, and terms are agreed upon separately by the parties by concluding a corresponding agreement.

3.4. Relations between the Company and Users—legal entities and individual entrepreneurs—are governed by the civil legislation of the Republic of Belarus. Relations with individuals ordering goods (works, services) for personal, family, or household needs not related to entrepreneurial activity are governed by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On the Protection of Consumer Rights."

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. The Company undertakes to:

- Ensure the availability and functionality of the Website within reasonable limits.
- Take reasonable measures to protect the personal data of Users in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Provide accurate information about its products and services.

4.2. The Company reserves the right to:

- Modify, supplement, or delete the Website Content without prior notice.
- Restrict access to the Website for maintenance.
- Refuse to provide services if the User violates the terms of this Agreement.
- Use cookies and other data collection technologies in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4.3. The User undertakes to:

- Use the Website exclusively for lawful purposes.
- Not take any actions aimed at disrupting the Website (DDoS attacks, hacking attempts, distribution of malware).
- Not copy, distribute, or use the Website Content without the written consent of the Company.
- Not share your account information with third parties (if you have a personal account).
- Provide accurate information when filling out forms on the Website.

4.4. The User has the right to:

- Review the information posted on the Website.
- Submit inquiries and requests through feedback forms.
- Request the deletion of your personal data in accordance with the procedure set forth in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All Website Content, including text, images, logos, trademarks, designs, software code, and databases, is the intellectual property of the Company or is used lawfully.

5.2. Any copying, reproduction, distribution, transfer, or other use of the Content without the written permission of the Company is prohibited.

6. Personal Data and Confidentiality

6.2. By submitting their data through the feedback forms on the Website, the User consents to its processing by the Company for the purpose of contacting the User regarding their request, as well as for the conclusion and execution of contracts. The sending of informational and advertising materials is carried out only with the separate express consent of the User, obtained at the time of filling out the form. The User has the right to revoke such consent at any time.

6.3. The Company undertakes not to transfer personal data to third parties without the User's consent, except in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Company shall not be liable for:

- temporary interruptions in the operation of the Website caused by technical failures, maintenance work, or actions of third parties;
- damages arising from the use or inability to use the Website;
- the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the User;
- the content and legality of materials posted on third-party websites, links to which may be present on the Website.

7.2. The information on the Website is provided "as is." The Company does not guarantee that the Website will meet all of the User's requirements.

7.3. The Company shall not be liable for the actions of third parties who gain access to the User's data as a result of their violation of security rules.

8. Dispute Resolution Procedure

8.1. All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with the use of the Website shall be resolved through negotiations.

8.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be referred to court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus.

9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus.

9.2. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, this shall not invalidate the remaining provisions.

9.3. The Company reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement to a third party at any time.
